Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a construction company in South Wales in search for a Distribution Coordinator. They are the largest independent construction materials business in the UK.
In this role you will liaise with the customers and transport teams via telephone and email to coordinate the delivery of our concrete, asphalt, and aggregate products. You'll have the chance to engage with your customers and truly get to know them.
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will handle enquiries and work methodically, tracking orders and communicating with key stakeholders right up to the delivery.
Main responsibilities as a Distribution Coordinator
Communicating with internal teams and customers via phone & email
Tracking orders and making sure the delivery process is smooth
Build relationships with key customers.
Provide brilliant customer service.Your skills/ experience as a Distribution Coordinator
Experience in customer service
Admin skills
Great attention to detail
Experience within the construction industry would be preferred but not essential.
Experience communicating via phone / email
