Brook Street Social Care is supporting a client on finding their new Service Manager to join a great team in their Supported Living Facility in Trowbridge. The service users are lovely individuals with mainly moderate and severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
About the role:
Follow and promote company and compliance standards
Support the manager on front line and back office duties
Support team members on their development journey
Monitor and supervise the provided service and communicate effectively with external parties
Work in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standardsAbout you:
Previous experience as Senior SW/Team Leader is essential
Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it
Previous managerial experience
Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and AutismBenefits:
