Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Admin Manager to join our clients dynamic team based in Stratford. This senior role demands a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of recent office experience at a high level, capable of managing fast-paced environments with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilise Sage Accounts for financial and administrative tasks & Invoicing.

Ensure health and Safety standards are always adhered to.

Communicate clearly and effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Demonstrate strong organisation skills, working independently and proactively.

Oversee senior purchasing and logistics, including arranging collections and handling complaints.
Requirements:

At least 5 years of recent, high-level office experience.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently.

Outgoing and confident with a proven track record in administration.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
