Position: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000
A well-established and respected organization that provides exceptional care and support to children and young people in their residential services in Bradford are recruiting for a Registered Children's Home Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service, including staff management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Ensure the provision of high-quality care and support to children and young people, including developing individual care plans, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes.
Lead and manage a team of staff, including registered social workers, care workers, and other support staff.
Ensure that the home is compliant with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Monitor and report on the performance of the service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Develop and maintain partnerships with other organizations and agencies to enhance the services provided to children and young peopleRequirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for Residential Childcare
NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a children's care setting and at least 2 years' experience in a management role
Proven track record of achieving positive service improvements and growth.
Experience with Ofsted inspections and managing EBD Service.
Excellent knowledge of child protection procedures, Quality Standards, and Children's Homes regulations.
