Pod is excited to be partnered up with one of the UK’s leading sustainable food brands with a $1.3 billion turnover and they are looking for a Planning Manager to join their team in Central London.
In this role, you will plan and manage the inbound flows of inventory for the UK and international business; taking ownership of the consolidated customer demand plan, effectively translating it into timely supplier production forecasts and fully managing the whole supplier purchasing process.

About the role:
Oversee the full end-to-end demand and supply planning process for the UK business, including the Customer Service function
Deliver market leading levels of stock availability by ensuring sufficient inventory is available to satisfy customer demand
Coordinate the smooth flow of goods into the warehouse with 3PL providers
Lead the UK businesses IBP process and facilitate operational information flow amongst the various internal departments
Produce monthly KPI reports and analysis for IBP review and presentation in monthly board meetings
Responsible for managing a Customer Supply Planner
About you:
3+ years experience in Supply Planning & Demand Planning with food & beverage/Consumer Goods background
Strong communication skills and able to liaise with different stakeholders
Ambitious, self starter and able to prioritise workload
Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP) ideally, experience using Oracle
Degree or post-graduate degree essential
