We are currently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Liverpool. This is a temporary role, lasting for a period of three months, however could become permanent for the right candidate!
As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our client's credit control processes. You will be responsible for handling business-to-business customer relationships and ensuring timely payments. If you have a strong background in credit control and are confident in making calls to customers, then this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting regular credit checks and assessments to monitor customer creditworthiness.
Chasing overdue payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
Handling customer queries and maintaining a positive customer experience.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in credit control is essential for this role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers.
Ability to read and analyse aged-debt reports to effectively prioritise and manage collections.
Proficiency in using Excel to update notes and utilise formulas.Working Pattern and Benefits:
This is a full-time role, with a working pattern of 9-5.
Our client offers an attractive hourly rate of £13-£15, dependent on experience.
The office is conveniently located just an 11-minute walk from Sandhills train station.
