Japanese Letting agency in London is seeking for an Client account clerk who is experienced in proprty agency, or relevant industries.
Main Duties
- Posting of rental income on a daily basis
- Sales Ledger invoice posting
- Registration/ amendment of clients (Tenants/ Landlords/ Suppliers)
- Processing fees, invoices, payments
- Processing tenancy deposits
- Producing statements for clients (Tenants/ Landlords)
- Use our internal system
- Respond to internal and external enquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Contract
Permanent (Hybrid working 2,3 days is allowed after probation period)
Monday - Friday
9am- 5pm
Salary
25K - / annual
Salary will be reviewed based on property industries experience.
Requirement
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Have experienced in property service industries.
- Have knowledge of accounting software systems such as Sage, Xero, Iris etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Good numeracy skills
- Quick learner
- Organised and strong telephone manner Good time management
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Preference
- Business-level Japanese (Desirable)
- Client Accounting experience
- Knowledge of Veco system
