Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Tele sales representative to support the business.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills

Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.

Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Experience working with a CRM system.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
About role:

To sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.

Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.

Upselling products and services
-
Researching for new leads
-
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups

Maintaining and improving the database or prospects
Responsibilities:
-
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Understand customer needs and requirements.
-
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.

Close sales and achieve targets.
-
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within our assigned territories.

Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals
