Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant or Junior Recruiter who wishes to work towards a full 360 Consultants role
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic dependent on experience
OTE Bonus: £6000 a year minimum.
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm- flexibility offered to support work/life balance.

My client are an independently owned Recruitment business which spans a wide range of sectors and roles within Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and the Professional Service industries..... temps and perms.
The Role:
Due to new clients wins and the expansion of existing contracts, they are opening a new branch in Coventry and are recruiting for an experienced 360 Recruiter (any sector) or a Junior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work rowards a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role with on the job training from the Branch Manager.
They are looking for an individual to join them on a permanent basis in their Coventry office, however the successful candidate will be working from home for a period of two months so needs to be a self motivator. We will consider all levels of experience and sectors, whether a Junior Recruiter looking for the opportunity to take the next step in their recruitment career or a seasoned, proven 360 Recruiter.
- Full training provided regardless of experience, with clear development to higher earning and progression to a 360 Consultant or Senior Consultant that can lead to a junior management role
- Consistent, ongoing training and development to take you to a management level role if so desired.
Responsibilities:
- Attracting suitable candidates for temporary, fixed term and permanent positions for Clients.
- Managing the candidate journey from interview, offer stage and beyond and to maintain strong relationships with your clients and candidates
- Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face.
- Registering new candidates who have responded to job adverts.
- Complete all applicant registrations and interviews in full.
- To work closely with the Branch Manager to build and develop the branch to its full potential.
The Candidate:
You will be a self-driven, outgoing individual, with a strong background in the recruitment industry at any level , you need to be
- Personable, Energetic, and wanting a long term career within the recruitment industry as well as being Professional in nature.
- Experienced in general administrative tasks.
- Confident in your communication skills over the telephone and face to face at management level
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- CRM system knowledge is beneficial
- Must be working in the RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY
- Ideally have experience within the Commercial, Industrial sectors- perms or temps.
