Our client is looking for a Customer Service Team Manager who can demonstrate these skills and take a team of field agents to the next level.
This role offers:
Salary - £40,000 + Monthly Commission
Company Car / Car Allowance (£4,000)
Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home following probation period)

Work-life balance and generous holiday entitlement As the Team Manager, you will be based at the companies Head Office in Stone, and will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of a team of up to 15 field agents.
