Project Administrator Job in Ferndown
Dovetail Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Administrator to work for an established company based in the Ferndown area. They have large modern offices with free onsite parking and a friendly culture. This Project Administrator position would suit candidates with administration experience who have worked in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the computerised schedule with incoming information from clients, contracts managers, production and internal leaders and sales executives where appropriate and distribute schedule on due dates.

Collate information regarding new orders received and to obtain Form 50’s and prepare Job Files ready to review and direct, as necessary

Prepare risk and method statements for supply and install projects in line with the dates required on the Schedule and distribute to Contracts Managers and Clients by due date.

Bring to the attention of any complaints received from clients and/or Contracts Managers.

General filing duties as and when necessary, to ensure that all information for the department is easily located when required.
Skills and Experience:

Previous administration experience in either a construction or manufacturing environment

Excellent PC skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Attention detail and happy to work with numbers

Organised and have great communication skills
