Role Title: Adobe AEM 6.5 Content Author / Developer

Role purpose / summary
Working in a multi-channel publishing environment
Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content authoring needs of a given project
Update content logs, copy documents and other documentation systems
Provide strategic content recommendations and writing/editing support for product managers and business lines, and other content stakeholders
Ensure professional-quality content for secure online/mobile banking interfaces, responsive websites, mobile apps, online lead/application forms, marketing pages and other cross-channel websites
Analyse and understand end-to-end customer experiences to make sure all content is consistent in voice/tone/construction and technically correct
Collaborate and partner with other content authors, creators and strategists as appropriate to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging for customers
Write and edit a variety of digital content as needed
Work with development and other internal team members on project implementation and launch activities, including stand-up meetings, defect resolution, acceptance testing, etc
Key Skills/ requirements
3+ years of experience with online content production using AEM
Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.X or higher (preferably AEM v6.5)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Good knowledge of forms is preferred
Enterprise site level authoring experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for image formatting and editing
Experience with personalization using Adobe Target
Proven experience in implementing search engine optimization (SEO) tactics
Proven ability to review and analyze various reports to measure success
Possess in-depth knowledge of accessibility standards across all content
Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues
Possess good editing and proofreading skills
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally
Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
Experience in financial services is preferred.
