Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Supply Desk is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with class teachers. You will help students expand their knowledge and play a positive role within the school. We are looking for someone who can use their experience and knowledge to work with a variety of children and show a good level of communication skills to help students reach their full potential.
The role/ Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and implementing individual education and behavior plans, setting challenging goals for students to help them achieve their full potential.
Offer constructive feedback to students and teachers on achievements, progress, and any issues that arise.
Create and maintain an orderly and supportive environment, undertaking administrative tasks as needed
Work with smaller groups of pupils, teaching or reinforcing the learning process and motivate pupils with an enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
Help students adjust, learn and socialise and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues
Ensure an organised and supportive classroom atmosphere, undertaking necessary administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Passionate about teaching and has a strong knowledge of school curriculum
Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
Has a passion for teaching, supporting and challenging pupils to reach their full potential
Able to commute to High Wycombe and the surrounding areas
