Operations Coordinator (Full-time, Permanent role)
Our engineering (electro-mechanical products) industry client is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator.
Role:-
Validate customer orders in line with Commercial framework agreement and maintain documentation to JSOX audit standard.
Add sales orders into SAP.
Report open order book to Account Managers on weekly basis.
Conduct monthly forecast analysis.
Monitor and report on trends and changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Address demand-related issues and coordinate solutions with necessary departments in a timely and effective manner.
Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
Use and develop SAP and Power BI to generate reports that support S&OP processes in Europe.
Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
Partner with the finance in the preparation of the monthly performance review package.
Maintaining and developing SAP as a key reporting tool for order book status
Requirements
- 2 years experience within Supply Chain or Coordination role.
- Experience in the engineering industry is essential
- Intermediate Word and Excel.
- Experience using SAP or a similar system.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Results orientated.

Excellent salary of £28-33k, hybrid working, flexible hours/flexible week, 26 days holiday, medical, pension etc
