Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established, market leading client based in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Logistics Manager on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Managing the logistics function for this fast-paced manufacturer
Overseeing warehouse and driver teams
Dealing with receipt, storage and despatch of materials and products
Driver route planning
Managing a small team including recruitment, training and performance management
Logistics budget management
Liaison with a number of internal departments and third party suppliers What you will need to succeed:
A proven track record in a similar role is essential, along with transport/fleet management experience
First class supervisory skills
A reactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
CPC/HGV/Forklift licence beneficialWhat you will receive in return :
