You can be based anywhere in the UK or Northern Europe for these positions.

About the Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a lead in a rapidly growing market for counter-drone security.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for the region, creating and prioritising strategic target account lists.
Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify leads from various sources, maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Customer Engagement: Set meetings, conduct demos, and visit prospects, representing the business at industry events and conducting high-level conversations with prospect accounts.
Channel Management: Work with the global sales team, supported by Sales Engineers and senior management, managing a mix of direct to end-customer, distributor, and integrator sales.
Product Expertise: Conduct demonstrations and installations of systems, provide input in writing product manuals and SOPs, and assist in training distributors and end customers.
Sales Execution: Respond to incoming leads and perform hands-on work with complex sensor and electronics systems, blending high-level strategy with ground-level execution.Qualifications:
Experience: significant sales experience, ideally with a track record in C-UAS sales. Defence or security sector experience is essential, with a focus on smaller system integrators rather than large defence primes.
Technical Background: A technical degree is well regarded. In its absence, demonstrated experience with complex RF, radar, or similar technologies is required.
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and creative thinking.
