Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000 base (rising to £26,000 after probation)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:30 or 9:00 - 17:30
Overview: Join our dynamic web company based in Worcester as a Customer Support Advisor. This role is heavily phone-based, handling 40-60 calls per day, and requires excellent phone manners and strong written communication skills. A technical background or a keen interest in IT is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 40-60 inbound and outbound customer support calls daily.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional phone manner.
Assist customers with technical issues and queries related to our web services.
Communicate effectively in writing to resolve customer issues and document interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and outcomes.Requirements:
Excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills.
Previous call centre experience.
Technical background or a strong interest in IT and being tech-savvy.
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Availability to work full-time in the office for the first 6 months.Benefits:
