Salary: Paid to Scale (£143 - £215 per day, depending on experience)

About the Role:
The school are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team starting in September 2024. This is a full-time, long term position ideal for a passionate teacher looking to make a significant impact on students' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 (year 3) curriculum, fostering a stimulating learning environment.
Assessment: Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, managing behaviour effectively and promoting respect and cooperation among students.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students’ educational and personal development.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices and school policies.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching in year 3 or KS2, with a proven track record of raising attainment.
Be passionate about education and committed to nurturing a love of learning in young students.
Be organized, adaptable, and proactive in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Have a current, valid DBS or be willing to obtain one.
