The Insurance Credit Controller Role
Will be responsible for own portfolio of clients including sending statements
Credit control follow up with underwriters in the London market and worldwide to reduce outstanding debt.
Identifying and tackling aged debt projects for our clients.
Regular client meetings via Zoom or Teams
Manage the Credit Control Mailbox responding to Internal and External queries
Identifying any write offs and non-collectable debt and updating the company processing system.
Assisting the accounts team with ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
Assisting the office manager with monthly client commission
Experience and Skills of the Credit Controller
This role will ideally suit someone with 5+ years’ experience in credit control. They should be confident communicators with clients and underwriters as well as their colleagues
