Telemarketing Business Development Executive (temp to perm)

Hours: 07:30 - 16:30
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls using provided data.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to generate industry-specific leads.
- Convert calls into qualified appointments.
- Turn calls into new business leads.
- Maintain professionalism in line with the brand when dealing with clients.
- Ensure prompt, polite, and professional service at all times.
- Actively identify new business opportunities.
- Inform potential clients about products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Use company databases to find potential leads.
- Make 60 relevant calls per day.
- Schedule 10 qualified appointments per week.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Positive approach to handling objections.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social networking (LinkedIn).
