Develop and implement strategies to optimise store performance and profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all locations

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed

Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the district

Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service initiatives

A salary range of £45,000 to £48,000pa + Company Car
