Marketing Manager Job in Poole – 12 months FTC
Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting with a client who are highly regarded in their field. The business is looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the sales function and CEO, to continue their growth story. A full and ample handover will be given as part of the onboarding, with the current Marketing Manager going on maternity leave in a few months’ time.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive lead generation (MQLs) to support business growth.

Manage brand and reputation, ensuring alignment with company values.

Execute marketing strategies and develop/utilise the new website.

Manage the marketing budget.

Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Oversee freelancers and agencies to ensure quality and ROI.
-
Ensure the website drives engagement and represents the brand.

Enhance brand presence through social media management.

Plan and deliver both in-person and online events.

Align internal communications with company values.

Manage PR activities to enhance brand engagement.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary £40-45,000 per annum

Minimum Requirements:
-
Broad experience in the Marketing function, including demand generation and brand management.

Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, and project management.

Previous experience in a B2B IT-related industry is desirable.

Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
