Our client, one of the UK's fastest-growing law firms, is seeking a permanent Business Services Assistant to support their core business in delivering premier legal services. This varied role offers the chance to utilise your excellent communication and people skills in a corporate environment with a friendly team.
Business Services Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager in providing efficient front and back-office services
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying, and scanning
- Produce documents - binding, laminating, paginating
- Manage stock control for stationery and IT consumables
- Maintain office appearance and liaise with contractors
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
- Arrange conference facilities and audio-visual equipment
- Provide Reception and Events cover
- Serve refreshments to internal and external clients
Business Services Assistant Requirements
- Customer service experience in a business setting
- Office administration experience
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (desirable)
- Professional and positive 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly within a team
- Strong IT literacy and experience
