Admin Assistant
Crewing Services:
On going contract
Pay: 13.19 per hour
Monday- Friday 9 am-5 pm
Must Have a driving License
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the LHR Airport ID Application Process for both new crew and 5-year renewals
- Create, review and conduct security interviews for LHR ID Applicants
- Manage LHR ID applications via the use of the ID Gateway
- Manage the LHR car park and car park pass system
- Manage the staff travel process
- Manage the LHR Admin & LHR Uniforms email inbox and respond to any queries
- Provide support to the Crew Operations Manager and Crew Managers as required
- Participate and process employee onboarding tasks
- Process offboarding such as returning company property and conducting exit interviews
- Schedule meetings and book rooms as required
- Assisting and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Assisting payroll/training/insurance departments by providing relevant employee information
- Organising and maintaining personnel records and updating internal databases

- Personnel Administration (e.g. reference letters/expenses/staff travel)
- Handling external and internal communication via e-mail and on the phone in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring good interdepartmental co-operations and communications is always maintained
- Supporting other areas of the business as and when required
- Liaising with external vendors as required
- Minuting meetings as required
- General administrative duties
The skillset:
- Workday knowledge preferred
- Aviation background preferred
- Strong administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint)
- Consistency in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Eager to learn and develop
- Comfortable working on own initiative
