Customer Service Planner
Lincoln
£12.03 per hour
Office/Hybrid (Hybrid working offered once probation has been passed)
The Role:
Candidates would assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities.
Shifts:
37 hours per week
Monday – Sunday: 6:30am – 21:30pm
1 in 4 weekends
Rota Basis
What does it take to be a Planner?
To be successful in this role we are looking for the following skills:
Well organised with excellent administration skills.
Teamwork and willingness to help others
Good communication skills at all levels with both internal & external customers
Ability to work within a team whilst owning your own workload
Prioritisation and decision-making skills
You must:
Be available to start on 29th July 2024
Be available for at least the first three weeks, for training purposes.
Interviews will be W/C 22nd July 2024
