About the role
Title – Guest Experience Host
Pay Rate – £12.00, per hour
Location – Street BA16
Shift Timings – No set pattern, however you will be required to work from Thursday to Sunday. Please note the shift could be any day of the week.
Shift times - 10am - 5pm, but this could change in the future.
As a Guest Experience Host you will be the face of the shopping centre, responsible for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality which surpass our guest's aspirations. You will make every Guests' special right from the start and doing your utmost to make all guests feel welcome.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following
:
3-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in Customer/Guest Services would be fabulous, not essential as you will be trained on site.
Great skills in prioritising, organisation and working well under pressure.
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
The ability to think on your feet, great initiative and an ‘even better if' mentality.
