Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recovery Team Manager to lead our new-build mental health supported living service for 14 people. This role involves developing and managing the service, ensuring high-quality care and support, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. You will work closely with service users, their families, and partner agencies to create personalised support plans that build on strengths and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.

Promote the service to referrers and potential service users.

Deploy staff according to assessed needs and manage all aspects of service delivery.

Develop and deliver personalised support plans, focusing on recovery and independence.

Build positive partnerships with service users, their families, and external agencies.

Ensure compliance with service specifications, quality standards, and desired outcomes.

Mentor, supervise, and support staff, promoting a positive and recovery-focused culture.
Requirements:

At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a mental health service or supported accommodation setting.

Experience in managing/supervising staff and coordinating care and support delivery.

A relevant health or social care qualification or degree.

Ability to promote and embed positive person-centred values and a culture of recovery.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

Competence in IT and the ability to manage electronic records.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a flexible 7-day rota, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Part-time requests will be considered with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
