Ideal Candidate:
- CIPD level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential
- Happy to travel to different sites across Greater Manchester and own vehicle
- People focused HR background
- Able to adapt and carry out a variety of tasks
- A team player who is happy to work collaboratively
- Innovative and able to work off own initiative
Duties will include:
- Obtaining compliance for new starters, setting up for payroll, processing healthcare forms.
- Managing HR queries from line managers eg. attendance, annual leave.
- Providing first line advice to line managers.
- Carrying out disciplinaries.
- Reviewing existing policies and implementing new ones.
- Analysing HR data on a monthly basis identifying trends eg. sickness.
- Supporting with performance development reviews.
- Managing contractual changes eg. maternity leave.
- Project work eg. implementing new strategies.
