This fully onsite role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR team and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and exposure. It is a fully generalist role and would suit a HR Coordinator / Assistant looking to take that next step into an advisory role.
As a HR Advisor your duties will include:
Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
ER related matters including investigations, grievance and disciplinaries
Managing the Employee Life Cycle including selection and onboarding
General HR Administration including Benefits and contract updates
Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
Develop strong engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives to focus retention and succession planning.
