We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a leading supplier of building and plumbing materials.
Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager
Making a high volume of calls to customers - no cold calling.
Process orders/sales orders and deal with stock issues/discrepancies.
Answer after-sales issues and stay in regular contact via outbound calling and email.
Research and understand how products are made to be able to answer customer queries.
Create and record information in CRM.
Requirements for a successful Internal Account Manager
5 years of sales experience with proven Sales skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Strong IT skills with experience using systems such as Sage CRM, Exchequer and Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Summary of the Internal Account Manager role
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus bonus
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
