This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with aspirations to become Sales Director level in the near future, to lead and motivate a B2B inside sales team while helping shape the future of the business
You will have a strong B2B sales management background, ideally mostly focussed on nurturing telesales teams, and a desire to spread your wings in an ambitious organisation that is well established and forward thinking
Your role will involve:

Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of B2B inside sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives

Analysing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation

Driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team
