Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Consultants, ensuring they are achieving set KPIs and a quality service is being delivered at all times.
- Developing high quality relationships with businesses recruiting and employers, whilst managing and inspiring the team.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.
- Identifying organisations that will benefit from employment services in order build new business.
- Performance reviews, coaching, training and supporting team growth.
- Taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience within a similar role, with proven experience of leading a successful sales team.
- Passion for excellent customer service and developing relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- A positive, collaborative approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
