Sales Office Manager Overview Location: Littlehampton
Salary: B-50-55k plus excellent benefits package

This role involves leading a team responsible for producing quotations, managing the order process, and supporting the external sales team. You will also work closely with the Sales Director to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Key Responsibilities
Location: Based in the company’s offices in Littlehampton with occasional travel to customer sites.
Team Management: Oversee a team of 7, ensuring smooth production of quotations and order processing.
Quotation Management: Supervise the process of producing selections and quotations, ensuring automated systems for chasing and issuing quotes function efficiently.
Order Processing: Manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Purchasing Coordination: Oversee the purchasing function, coordinating with a limited number of vendors.
Collaboration: Assist the Sales Director in managing price lists, sales meetings, new product launches, and coordinating with external sales staff.
Key Account Management: Handle key account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.
Administrative Oversight: Focus on the administrative side of sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external sales teams.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, develop plans, and manage personnel to maintain high standards.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams and administrative processes.
Industry: Experience within a technical sales environment in engineering, HVAC, or manufacturing is essential.
Team Integration: Successful track record of merging multiple teams into a cohesive unit.
Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on internal operations rather than business development.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for liaising between departments, ensuring correct order processing, and negotiating payment terms.
CRM Management: Proficient in documenting activities in the company CRM system and ERP systems for order processing.
