Project Manager
Location: Sussex/Kent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Monday – Friday + Permanent Role + Training + Holiday

Links Recruitment Group presents a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large and well-established company that continues to grow and offers opportunities for training and progression. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing water-related construction projects from site set-up to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Main Duties:

Manage all phases of the project from pricing through to delivery on site, including client relationship, scope and budget control.

Design, direct, and supervise operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requisition plant and materials, ensuring safe practices at all stages.

Create, maintain, and work to the project programme in line with CDM requirements.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other parts of the business for information, licenses, and permits.

Deliver project documentation including CPP, RAMS, etc.

Provide reports and updates on project progress for internal and external audiences.

Collaborate with the commercial team on scoping, pricing, and contract issues.

Engage with the client and Customer Stakeholder Manager for customer and stakeholder management and project communications.

Technical Specification:
Experience Required:
Essential Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence.

Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).

Relevant CSCS.

Degree / HNC / NVQ Level 6 in Engineering / Construction Management.
Desirable Qualifications:
Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure successful delivery of a range of gravity and pressurized wastewater systems solutions projects. The role covers projects in Sussex and Kent.
Role Summary: Reporting to the Construction Operations Lead and working on our Southern Water framework (covering areas in Sussex and Hampshire) as well as projects for private clients, you will manage a portfolio of projects to deliver commercially successful, safely executed, high-quality projects.
