Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a German-speaking HR Advisor. The HR Advisor will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with German HR policies and labour and employment laws.
Please note: travel may be required in this role.
Skills and experience:
Background in Human Resources and HR Management
Knowledge of HR policies and labour and employment law
Experience in employee relations
Strong understanding of German employment law
Ability to liaise with German tax authorities
Understanding on how to obtain a AUG license.
Fluent in spoken and written German
Relevant characteristics that would be beneficial include strong communication and interpersonal skills, a tenacious attitude and willingness to succeed, and a desire to build and grow with a fast-paced company.
