My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a planned maintenance contract in Berkshire.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a workstream. You will be travelling to properties in supervise works which mainly involve kitchen & bathroom replacement. You will have experience working on planned maintenance projects previously, ensuring that health & safety is followed on site, that tenants are kept informed of the works and any queries and complaints dealt with.
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates. You must also have a full UK driving licence.
This Site Manager position is being offered on a permanent basis paying up to £54k + Package.
