Location: London/ Remote with occasional travel to company meetings

About the role
We are looking for someone to work with our brilliant Account Management team to make existing client calls from our data in Salesforce. This will be a mixture of booking appointments for the team, chasing POs and outstanding invoices, and re-engaging lost customers.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who already has experience in dealing with clients and building relationships.
Key Duties
To make outgoing calls and answer incoming calls
Ensure qualified appointments are booked for our Account Managers
To cleanse and update data on Salesforce
To fully understand and convey the features and benefits of products and services after training
To support the team by dealing with general account enquiries
To investigate accounts to ensure you understand what they subscribe to and why before making calls
Using our technical support tool to run user statistics
Calling clients for Purchase Orders and chase overdue invoices
Making contact with lost clients to re-engage them
Essential
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to overcome objections
Confident manner in dealing with clients
High attention to detail
Self-motivation and autonomy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good written skills
Good organisational skills
Good use of Outlook
