A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Machine Health Check Administrator to join a reputable and successful dealer of specialist equipment to the agricultural and construction sectors.
The role will be based at their site in Leicester.
In the role of Machine Health Check Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to agree additional work identified through vehicle/machine health checks.
You will arrange parts and to book work, producing accurate estimates to send to the customer, following up with customers to agree work, recording outcomes to determine success of vehicle/machine heath checks.
You will also support with office admin which includes invoicing and inputting information and to book services.
The successful Machine Health Check Administrator will build strong and positive relationships with customers, will feedback any important customer information to the company and monitor the backend systems and compile estimates for required further work.
In the role you will contact customer and sell identified work and other products and services that the company can offer. You will liaise with the Parts department and hand over parts sales leads identified and liaise with Service Supervisors/Controllers keeping them informed of any critical machine health concern.
Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record of Parts/ Service sales role within the Construction or similar industry. You will ned to be computer literate and have experience with Workshop Management Systems.
It is essential that you have a valid UK driving license and proof of right to work in the UK.
Salary for this opportunity is £25k plus uncapped commission paid at 5%.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
