The Role
The role of Sales Negotiator is vital to the business, aiding the growth of the branch and the business as a whole; ensuring properties are advertised correctly in line with company standards and sales are completed smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone wanting to build a career within the real estate market. You will be results orientated and will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. Main Duties
Respond to sales enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner.
Conduct viewings on available homes with potential buyers.
Take responsibility for maintaining long and good relationships with customers, clients, and agents with a view to generating more loyalty business.
Achieving personal sales targets
Preparing property details ready to market
Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
Negotiating between buyer and seller
Qualifying and assisting purchasers through the buying process
Managing the viewing diary effectively
Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
Photos, floor plans and descriptions for new properties Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in a customer service sales role, ideally within the Property industry, although this is not essential as full training will be given
Outgoing personality with patience – must be confident to build credible rapport fast and talk with everyone at every level
Highly organised with ability to multi-task and follow through
Valid driving license and have own car
Problem Solving
