Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with enquiries, offering support for all products and services, and resolving any issues. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely resolutions and maintain a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback to improve services.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and confidentiality.Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.Benefits:
