INFORMATION MANAGER
CITY OF LONDON
O'Neill & Brennan are working with a top-tier company with a well-known name and great reputation in the construction industry. Due to the growth of the business, they are looking to take on an Information Manager to cover 3 of their sites within Central London.
The role will require the successful candidate to be based on site full-time. There are no hybrid/remote working options.
Main Duties

Managing the Document Control team
-
Carrying out yearly performance appraisals for the Document Control team

Provide cover and assistance as and when required

Be responsible for the implementation of project specific document management procedures and protocols

Distribution of all project documents

Training of all users on Asite
-
Monitor the approval stage for all design team
-
QA spot checks on all design team
To be successful for the role, you must have extensive experience using Asite and have experience working in the role of an Information Manager in the construction industry.
