We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in our Altrincham office. We are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Admin Support who will assist multiple teams.
As a Legal Secretary/Admin Support your role will include:

Provide a high standard of secretarial service across all teams in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence

General administration duties including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning across all teams

Working with lawyers to produce accurate legal documents and correspondence
-
Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly
-
Managing diaries and organising business events
-
Welcoming clients, taking them to meeting rooms and providing refreshments
-
Keeping the reception area and kitchen clean, tidy and organised
-
Any other duties as required.
