Our local and established client is looking for an efficient Sales Administrator to join their team.
The company based in Bicester requires a dedicated sales administrator to support their business through completion of general administration tasks, invoicing, processing orders and services and assisting the sales team.
Working hours of 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday, offering £25,000 per annum.
Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- Process, manage and update customer documentation.
- Follow orders and services from the point of sale to delivery and service provided.
- Maintain the online CRM system.
- Complete checks on proposals for all new orders.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Invoice and raise purchase orders for customers and suppliers.
- Handle and deal with any queries and enquiries.
- Be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers.
- Operate on phone and email, resolving queries promptly and effectively.
- Support the sales team with formulating new and existing quotations and extensions.
You must:
- Have experience working within Administration.
- Be fully computer literate.
- Work well within a team and individually.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging situations and conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Adapt well to changing circumstances and be flexible in your approach to the role.
- Show excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Understand the importance of targets and meeting objectives.
