Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 + uncapped commission + car, laptop, phone
Key responsibilities:
• Cultivating new and existing accounts.
• Selling kitchens to independent kitchen retailers and merchants.
• Conducting presentations to secure showroom display orders.
• Introducing new products, colours, and promotional offers.
• Ensuring comprehensive training for all customer staff.
• Nurturing strong business relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in field sales (B2B sales within the KBB market).
• Thorough technical knowledge of kitchens and kitchen design.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and resolve challenges.
• Demonstrated tenacity and resilience.
• Effective time and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid and clean driving license.
• Flexibility for business travel.
