Housing and Compliance Officer - £28,000 to £30,000 per annum - Kings Norton, Birmingham
I am currently working for a Supported Living Service who are recruiting for the following:
The Role:

Based in Kings Norton

Full time - 35 hours per week

Offering £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
-
Deliver an Allocation and Letting Service
-
Deliver a Housing Management Service
-
Support the Maintenance and Asset Management Service
-
Deliver an Administration Service
-
Work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours
-
Travel to different properties within the defined area as and when required
-
Participate in team meetings, attend regular supervisions and appraisals
-
Undertake regular training and take responsibility for continuous development to enable you to deliver your role safely
The Right Candidate:
-
Experience of working within housing management
-
Experience of dealing with/organize property repairs and statutory compliance data
-
Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.

Previous experience in positively resolving incidents
-
Demonstrate initiative and confidence to make and act on decisions
-
Competent administrative and IT skills (to be able to produce reports and other communications)

Full Driving License and access to a car.
