My client is a established Residential and Home Care provider in the Wirral and they are currently looking for a experience HR and Recruitment Officer to join the growing team, Your role will include;
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, iCIMS, Salesforce, or Workday
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Support the development of training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, such as preparing offer letters and contracts
- Assist with lead generation for potential candidates through various channels
Experience:
- Previous experience in a recruiting or HR assistant role is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, iCIMS, Salesforce, or Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
