Recruitment Resourcer – Liverpool

We’re looking for a passionate and committed Recruitment Resourcer to help pioneer this new way of working in our well-established Merseyside office in Liverpool L6.

What does the role involve?
As a new Recruitment Resourcer, you will be engaged in managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:

Sourcing and screening candidates

Building relationships with candidates and customers
-
Writing and posting job adverts
-
Supporting the recruitment team by using technology to remotely engage candidates, including digital right to work check or online registration

Ensuring all records are compliant and up to date

Working alongside the recruitment team to make sure we’ve got the right candidates for the vacancies they’re working on
As a new member of the team, you will be supported through an induction and training programme with the team and other key stakeholders in the business, elements of which will be delivered by Driver Hire Group Services, our main office, also in Bradford. This programme will focus on giving you the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.

Full, UK driving licence
Experience of administration, sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be advantageous, but more important to us is an aptitude to learn and a positive attitude.
