Apricus Resourcing are working with a well-respected care home in St Helens who are looking for a RGN for a permanent role. Within this role you will be able to join a dedicated team in a medium-sized care home, offering a rewarding salary of £40,000 per annum. This esteemed care facility is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within its 23-bed general healthcare unit.

The working hours for this permanent role are 8-8 working on a 7 day rota, the hourly rate is circa £21 meaning you could earn £39,000 on a 36 hr contract or £45,000 based on a 42 hr contract, not bad!
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Act as a mentor to junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.

Proven experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably within a care home environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
