My client is seeking a driven and focused Telesales Representative to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be confident when speaking to customers.
The focus of the role is to contact potential customers, advise them of availability of their products and services and convert into a sale ££££££££££££
Responsibilities -
Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
Take customer information and update it in the database as required
Explain the UPS / Benefits to switching to Materials Direct.
Pass on qualified leads to Sales Manager for Closing.
To utilise existing Lead gen methods to call out to prospects
Researching current markets to improve target relevance
Update customer information such as change contact, additional relevant contacts and job rolesExperience -
Previous experience within a quality assurance sales role or telesales role
Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales software and Hubspot CRM systems and their functions
Resilient and positive nature
Can do attitude and Tenacious
Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
proficient in the use of computers and their software
Good interpersonal skills
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
