This is a National Role and you can be based remotely, at Apogee or Customer Sites.
This role will play a pivotal role in our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for integrating and implementing technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex technical solutions, integrating various software products from Apogee’s portfolio into clients’ IT environments.
Provide technical support and consultancy services to both external clients and internal teams.
Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and adhere to Apogee’s support SLAs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Technical Helpdesk to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring clear handover and support processes
